Family and Systemic Constellations 

A Unique, Integrated Training Experience

This training is designed for practitioners ready to add a multidimensional aspect to their work. Or for anyone who wishes to deepen their capacity or initiate their journey in the healing arts. By blending immersive in-person modules, interactive bi-weekly online classes, and supportive peer-led practice groups, you will acquire the tools and insights needed to facilitate profound healing and transformation.

What’s Included:

   •    In-Person Experiential Modules:

Engage in four immersive, hands-on modules during four three-day retreats (Friday: 3–7 p.m., Saturday: 9–5 p.m., Sunday: 9–1 p.m.). Experience live constellations and group exercises that work directly with ancestral, current, and emergent energies.

   •    Bi-Weekly Online Classes:

Participate in 90-minute live sessions every other week that delve into the core concepts of Family and Systemic Constellations.

• Understanding the personal conscience, the systemic-collective conscience, and the spiritual conscience.

• The Order of Helping: How to help with the entire system in view.

• The orders of love: Belonging, give and take, and social order.

Peer-Led Practice Groups:

Enjoy regular practice sessions with fellow practitioners. These guided groups offer real-time feedback and a collaborative space to refine your facilitation skills, ensuring your learning is both deep and practical.

Module 1: You, the Facilitator & The Orders of Helping

Begin your journey by exploring your unique interplay of strengths and challenges. Learn to tap into your authentic self and discover how your personal story informs your ability to facilitate profound change. In this module, you will also delve into Bert Hellinger’s Orders of Helping—a framework that guides the dynamics of giving, receiving, and supporting clients with a systemic approach. Our greatest gifts and hindrances as healers are found through exploring our own biography, unconscious shadow, and inner light. This exploration helps ensure that your facilitation remains compassionate and ethically grounded, setting the stage for effective, multi-dimensional healing.

Module 2: Phenomenology

Move beyond the limitations of our “story making” mind, by learning to observe and work with the subtle, energetic patterns underlying human experience. This module trains you to listen deeply and engage with the raw phenomena of life, connecting with the deeper reality of personal and collective dynamics and observing patterns in space. All of us have different ways to tap into a deeper level of knowing, exploring a multiple intelligence model, we will find our unique modes of knowing.

Module 3: Order and Chaos

Master the delicate balance between structure and spontaneity. Learn various facilitation styles and develop strategies to navigate the unpredictable nature of human systems, ensuring each constellation session harnesses both order and creative possibility.

Module 4: Getting Creative

Expand your toolkit with innovative, non-traditional approaches to facilitation. Whether working one-on-one, in groups, or within organizations, explore creative methods to engage the field and foster profound transformation through systemic thinking. Solidify your skills by facilitating a complete constellation under guided supervision. This hands-on experience builds confidence and competence, demonstrating that even one session can offer breakthroughs comparable to years of conventional therapy.

As a long-time practitioner and teacher of Family Constellations, I specialize in uncovering hidden systemic dynamics that shape our lives and relationships—often across generations. I’m also a practicing astrologer, integrating insights from the Western esoteric tradition and depth psychology to illuminate the unseen forces influencing the soul’s journey. My work is ultimately about restoring flow, connection, and love—within ourselves, our families, and the greater field of life.
